Hmm, losing sleep or going to the dentist. I'm not sure which is worst. I was with you mate, sick kid and up all night as well.

You are having your wisdom teeth removed because there is not enough room in your mouth. The teeth that you have still will need to be straigtened. Just because the impacted teeth are being removed does not mean that the other teeth will move into the correct position. If you had enought room in your mouth for the wisdom teeth to erupt you would still need the braces to straighten out your teeth.
