How does the dentist should clean your dentures?
My grandma went to her anual dentist appointment, she has a full prosthetic denture on the bottom of her mouth, usually when she goes there for a check up the "dentist helper" takes the whole denture out and cleans the dentures and then they clean her mouth and check for sores and things like that, last time she went to the dentist the lady who cleaned her dentures didn't remove the dentures from her mouth and cleaned the dentures while on my grnadma's mouth, she told her that it is not necessary to take them off every time. So her question is, has anyone experienced this? is it ok to clean her dentures while still on? should they take them completely off to clean them? this happens only when she goes to the dentist, other than that she does it herself every day, she buying online drugs takes them off and cleans them at night. Any advise would be greatly appreciate it.

Could you get a big cork board and some push pins, then label a column for every day of the week? That way your grandma can still use her notes to help her remember things, but they'd be up off the counter and could be organized into which day a particular thing needs to be done. Then at the end of the week, throw away all the ones that are completed.
Once we made a trip to Missouri for my grandfather's funeral. We came back on the train. My uncle went to sleep on his head was bent over against the window, his upper plate had slipped out and he was leaning against it with his arm. Perfect bite mark on his arm, lol, and he always talked about biting himself on the train and what would someone had thought if they had seen it and didn't know his dentures did it.
dentures look better than real teeth!

For a long term comparison you need another currency (Yen, Euro, …) or gold to chart against and then you are also looking at the changes in value of those currencies in the world.
The good news is that these changes have made US goods more attractive (cheaper) to foreign buyers which should translate into increased exports for US companies.
