Nope….it's not your responsibility to give out diagnosis. You are not a doctor after all and this is not your training. So I would not argue with foolish people and let them think what they want to think. It's actually against your protocols/policies at your work place. Check this out first and then maybe go to the boards of doctors and seek more info if needed.
