Where can I find a good dentist for children?

Sorry I don't know how things work in England. Under normal circumstances you don't need a referral for a pediatric dentist. However I am in Canada and I had to use public insurance and I had to go see a public health dentist to get approved to see a private pediatric dentist.
So call medicaid and ask them for a list of providers

You should just give her the sex – however, tell her that if she really wants another child, that adoption would be a wise choice. It is too risky to give birth again, and can cause problems with your wife's health. Good luck!
