In texas, along with support and medical for childrens dental insurance also required?
Ms Lee asked:
In texas, along with support and medical for childrens dental insurance also required? my daughter's dad is claiming that dental is not required only medical.

US $8.88

He is right
if his job does not give it to him he cant give it to the child you will have to get your own or pay 50/50 out of both of your pockets
unless things have changed here recently-dental insurance is not required-texas has stupid laws-i am male -got custody of my kids and could not get child support because she re-married and was a housewife and because she did not work i could not receive child support
I don’t know but would think dental falls under medical and education would also fall as a responsibility
What does the divorce decree state? If it requires dental coverage, than dental coverage is required. If it does not, dental coverage is generally not required. The decree CAN require anything not specifically prohibited by state law.
I just went to buy some new headphones and got offered 3years insurance… Which is just what I need. How goods that?!
Your awesome Shay!
If that was part of your divorce decree, then you need to take her to court.
