Negotiate with the dentist (or his accountant) to pay over time. or get a loan from a credit union to pay over time.

Get a bid for the work from another dentist. or a dental school.

Ask your friends if they had the same dental work done in Mexico. 100% there might be less that 40% here.

If the insurance covered more the premiums would be too high.
